“I anticipated the allure of unlimited breakfast on Saturdays each week. I would dive into an array of pork sausages, bacon, tomatoes, potatoes, cheese and onion hash, rosti potatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise and white bread, revelling in my overflowing plates. The joy of going back for seconds—and sometimes thirds—was a blissful experience that left me feeling utterly satisfied, as if I had just completed a grand culinary journey.

In those moments, I would lean back, full and content, convinced that I wouldn't need to eat again until the next day. How naive I was, for soon, the familiar tug of hunger would lead me back to the fridge to eat again.

After devouring an extravagant spread, my stomach churned one fateful Saturday. It wasn’t just a slight discomfort; it was an overwhelming wave of nausea that hit me hard.

That unsettling feeling became my wake-up call. The unmistakable “enough is enough” warning prompted me to ask, “What is wrong with me?”

Whenever I stepped on the scale, it would malfunction. I found humour in it, joking about how many scales I had broken. Beyond just feeling hungry, I was constantly bombarded by intense cravings for food. My battle with the fridge was lost—it emerged victorious at 0:1. I weighed around 161kg. The habit of midnight snacking became a ritual; living with relentless hunger was not just my reality but a haunting nightmare I couldn’t escape. I increased my physical activity, and an unexpectedly ravenous appetite came with it. I started consuming much more food, and after dedicating six months to intensive tennis and volleyball, I noticed I had gained a few more kilograms.”

161kg before - 99kg after natural, real weight loss.

Let’s do some maths. Dorian’s height is 1.79m. His weight, at that time, was 161kg. Using the Body Mass Index formula, his BMI calculation is:

161 (kg) / 1.79 (m) x 1.79 (m) = 50.25.

What does 50.25 BMI mean?

According to the NHS, a person with a BMI of 40 or above is classified as severely obese or highly obese. The list of risks, health issues, complications, and conditions related to this classification is long and extremely serious. I believe it is not necessary to elaborate on them here. However, I want to present the recommended management and treatment methods on this page: “Treatment for Class III obesity is highly individualised. It involves lifestyle changes, behavioural and psychological therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, medications that affect the brain and gastrointestinal tract, and surgical procedures such as gastric bypass surgery, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric band surgery.” I feel overwhelmed just writing and reading this statement because it means time-consuming resources and an unknown outcome.

Note: The BMI scale is inaccurate for certain people, such as bodybuilders, professional athletes, people older than 65, and children. So, he was not a bodybuilder or professional athlete, and was not older than 65.

Dorian completely transformed his life by shedding an impressive 62kg while enjoying delicious homemade meals and desserts!

This is my successful approach with a tested and proven home-cooked real food plan and sustainable program for achieving lasting results. I’m thrilled to share its incredible benefits with others ready and eager to reach their healthy goals!

We did it!

Using my knowledge and home cooking techniques, we achieved an incredible outcome. Starting at 161 kg, Dorian lost 62 kilograms, which means he now weighs 99 kg.

Although I also lost 20 kg, bringing me down from a size 14 to 6, I won’t focus on my weight loss since Dorian's transformation is more significant in this context.

let’s summarise: 161kg-62kg=99kg

62kg—Dorian lost weight in one and a half years, and it has stayed off ever since.

Dorian’s wardrobe changed extraordinarily, with trousers going from size 44 to size 32 and shirts going from size 5XL to size L.

Dorian weighed 161 kilograms. He lost 62 kilograms in one and a half years by eating my wholesome homemade food. Now, he is 55 years old and weighs 99 kilograms!

Dorian says:

“Every day, I CAN'T help but wonder how I became so large. I continue to ask myself just how I could be so massive! …

To our surprise and joy, we shed a lot of weight! How incredible is that? It’s a testament to how wonderful and rewarding the journey was!

i can have as much food as i wish and maintain my weight loss.

i do not feel hungry anymore!

i do not snack at NIGHT!

i am TRULY happy!

You can achieve this as well, just as we did and continue to do. You can succeed; I know that. You’ll experience that exhilarating feeling in your stomach when the number on the scale decreases, half or one kilogram per week. We felt it, too, and it was one of the most beautiful feelings ever. Losing weight this way while eating is a delightful and exciting experience.”
