How can I influence through my example?
My kitchen acts as a laboratory where I craft healthy meals that yield genuine results, as well as happiness and well-being. This project developed in a unique way; it grew like a child, emerging from the countless meals I’ve designed, prepared, cooked, and baked.
A few years ago, we started with a simple shopping list from Harvard Medical School. Day by day, the insights and lessons accumulated, enriching our experience and, gradually and naturally, shedding excess weight. This is how My London Diet came to be. The recipes and recommendations are not just theories or guesswork; they work wonders. It may sound unbelievable, but indeed, it is magical. So, how do I do it?
