Focusing on nourishing your body with healthier options rather than limiting your calorie consumption is essential. This approach is generally more effective for weight loss or sports performance, and it is the method that I use. I recommend eating instead of counting.

No, you eat when you feel hungry, drink beverages when you are thirsty, enjoy something sweet when you crave it, and grab a snack whenever you desire. The key point is that all my food is homemade and made from ingredients sourced from the shopping lists I provide.
