Who am I?

As a proud MOTHER OF TWO and a wife, my family is the heartbeat of my life.

Over seven months a year ago, I underwent an incredible transformation, losing 20 kg and reaching a vibrant 52 kg!

When I started my weight loss journey and consistently lost about one kilogram each week, I noticed that my skin felt somewhat looser and not as firm as I desired. This realisation didn't sit well with me, motivating me to change and improve it. I had already begun transforming into a better version of myself and knew I had the power to change, and I did it!

At 50 years old, I confidently wear my favourite size, and my frame measures 90 cm x 65 cm x 90 cm. I’m excited to share insights from my experience and inspire you to pursue your wellness goals!
