My proudest achievement is helping Dorian accomplish a life-changing transformation by losing 62 kilograms over a year and a half. From 161 kg to an impressive 99 kg, he has maintained this incredible progress, inspiring others with his commitment to a healthier lifestyle. My friends and family couldn’t believe the change. “You don’t burn as many calories as you think,” says a Harvard Medical School source. 

“When you lift weights at the gym or stride around the block at a brisk clip, it’s easy to imagine how many calories you’re incinerating. The actual amount can be surprisingly low. Walking or jogging uses roughly 100 calories per mile (though the precise amount varies with your weight and pace, with a heavier person and faster pace burning more). 

Since a pound of fat contains 3,500 calories, you’d need to walk 35 miles to lose 1 pound.”
