Dorian achieved an incredible transformation, going from 161kg to 99kg, which means he shed around 62 kilograms in just one and a half years. This remarkable journey allowed him to change his shirt size from 5XL to L and fit into trousers that decreased from size 44 to size 34, showcasing the incredible results of our way.
My inspiring journey is nothing short of amazing! In just seven months, I transformed my life by losing 20 kg, going from 72 kg to 52 kg, and dropping from a size 14 to an empowering size 6. The best part? I have maintained my healthy weight since.
We have triumphed over hunger and the urge to indulge in cravings, gone through this journey and navigated the challenges of overeating and excess weight. The experience has left a substantial impact on us. Now, each meal feels like a celebration, a joy, and a comfort that allows us to feel content and fulfilled.

How do we manage our time in the kitchen? I’ve developed a fantastic technique and cooking formula that allows us to prepare a nutritious and delicious dinner for a family of four in just one hour. Thanks to multitasking, our time in the kitchen has become much more enjoyable!
Our priority now is to carefully select the ingredients for our meals, including the types of protein we consume and their quantities. How do we plan, shop, cook, and eat to be happy, healthy and fit?
Ultra-processed foods in our shopping lists? No, not anymore. When you avoid processed foods, you reduce your sodium intake. Why? Because 80% of the salt in the average diet isn't what we add in our kitchen, but what comes from packaged foods. The goods with added sugar are not on our list. We prefer not to consume food with refined carbohydrates, items made with added sugar, or refined flour.
We replaced the animal fat with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, using vegetable oils.

We cover our plates with freshly made salads or warm vegetables that are stir-fried, roasted, baked, or grilled. When selecting ingredients, we emphasise seasonal choices and prioritise variety. Protein options, such as lean beef, chicken fillet, fish, eggs, beans, or legumes, are always part of our plates. We use minimal oil and focus on straightforward cooking methods, such as grilling, baking, stewing, sautéing, and roasting. Our plate features whole grains, including brown rice, couscous, bulgur, or whole wheat pasta. For drinks, we favour plain water and enjoy homemade coffee and tea, lightly sweetened with a touch of white sugar.
If questions are to be asked, for example: How much water should I drink?
I enjoy sipping on beverages whenever I'm feeling thirsty, and I don't worry too much about how much I drink. My favourites include refreshing plain water, soothing black or green tea, and rich coffee that I brew in my moka pot using natural ground beans. I prefer to skip store-bought drinks or juices, and I usually do not buy pre-made coffee or takeout beverages from shops or cafes.
Which meat should I eat?
I love incorporating lean meats into my recipes! Think juicy, skinless, and boneless chicken breast fillets or tender, lean beef steaks and medallions, all prepared with a touch of healthy vegetable oil.

Our method delivered impressive results. It effectively downsized our body shapes and revitalised our wardrobes, ensuring a perfect fit in smaller sizes. We aimed to enjoy delicious meals, shed extra pounds, and maintain good health. With our eating pattern, there's no need to return to frantic grocery shopping, anxieties, or the battles of calculating body weight, measuring our waists, and facing disappointing scale numbers. There are no more late-night fridge raids or ongoing cravings for food. This explains our emotions in this account. We have sought significant transformation for a long time. It’s a comfort to finally understand what actions to take, what to buy, how to prepare meals, and what foods to consume.
