  • ½ cup porridge oats, 60g

lunch

wholemeal bread with black beans mix

  • 1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted

  • 1 tsp healthy oil

  • 2-3 tbsp black beans mix, cooked and mashed

  • 3 tbsp “5-Vegetable’ fresh salad

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
