Breakfast

hard-boiled egg with vegetables

  • 2 medium or small eggs

  • A handful of chopped baby spinach

  • 2 tbsp healthy oil

  • A half of a red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

  • ½ cup sliced cauliflower florets

  • ½ cup sliced broccoli florets, a pinch of salt

lunch

legumes mix with vegetables

  • 1-2 tbsp cooked legumes mix

  • ½ red pepper sliced

  • ½ yellow pepper sliced

  • 2 baby cucumbers, sliced

  • some baby spinach and roasted veggies

dinner

rice with chicken fillet, leaks and peppers
