Breakfast
scrambled egg with asparagus
2 medium or small eggs
2 tbsp healthy oil
A half of red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 asparagus tips, cut into thirds
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
lunch
wholemeal bread with legumes and red pepper
1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted
1 tbsp legumes mix, cooked and mashed
½ red sweet bell pepper, seeded and sliced
A handful baby spinach
1 tsp poppy seeds, salt and pepper
dinner
stir fried chicken fillet, chickpeas mix, roasted POTATO edges and fresh vegetables
