I Was Asked If I Eat Properly…
This is a deeply real story, beautiful, and so powerful. It captures the strange contradiction many people live with: smart, capable, successful… but totally lost when it comes to how to eat in a way that feels right.
Before My London Diet, I didn’t know how to eat. Not really.
With My London Diet:
There is "No Hunger."
It is only Control and Harmony.
Eat.
Enjoy every bite.
Fill the plate with seconds.
Take the fifth cookie.
Pour chocolate on your pancakes.
I Was Asked If I Eat Properly…
...And I smiled, because finally, I do.
I was recently asked if I eat properly.
And to be honest... it caught me off guard.
Because I’ve always been someone who “has it together.”
I’ve been running a home, raising a family, building a business, and, let’s be clear, I can recite the Pythagorean theorem in my sleep. I know how to solve inequalities and calculate the areas of shapes, how to budget, and how to multitask like a pro.
But for most of my adult life, there was one thing I couldn’t crack:
How to eat. I didn’t know how to eat.
Not really.
Not just “what to eat”; that’s easy to Google.
But how to eat in a way that leaves me full, satisfied, healthy, light, and happy.
How to not feel guilty after every bite.
How to not obsess over every calorie, skip meals, or dread stepping on a scale.
What does it mean to eat properly anyway?
For me, for years, it meant trying to keep my weight at 72 kg: by skipping meals, counting calories, feeling guilty, ignoring hunger, and worrying I was doing it wrong or just not enough.
The diet world had taught me to fear food and live with hunger.
But then something changed.
I started My London Diet - my turning point.
I created it with a simple concept in mind:
"No Hunger."
Eat.
Enjoy every bite.
Fill the plate with seconds.
Take the fifth cookie.
Pour chocolate on your pancakes.
Just one condition: everything is homemade.
Whole ingredients. Real food. Cooked with care.
No starving. No shame. No math equations at the dinner table.
And it worked.
I got down to 52 kg, losing 20 kg in about seven months.
No gyms. No injections. Just dinner at home.
And just before my 51st birthday, I had a wild thought:
"What if I try something a little different?"
So, I adjusted my plate structure because I knew how. Still nourishing. Still filling. Still delicious.
But slightly different in balance: lessons learned during our weight loss plateau’s time.
And guess what?
Just like that, I reached 51 kg: one week, one kilogram down.
✅ I proved what I already knew: My London Diet works.
And here’s the truth:
I can control my weight. And it feels incredible.
Not control in a tight, anxious, calorie-obsessed way.
Control as in:
I can feel when I’m nourished.
I know exactly what my plate needs and how much: protein, grains, and vibrant vegetables.
I feel full without guilt. Light without starving.
I feel a harmony between my body, my hunger, and my food.
For the first time in my life, food is no longer a battle.
It’s a rhythm. A happy routine. A joy.
So, do I eat properly?
I smile and say, I do.
And I learned how, not from a prescription, not from a miracle injection, not from punishment…
But from cooking at home, listening to my body, and nourishing it with care.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, hungry, frustrated, or fed up with fads, let me tell you: You’re not the problem. The issue is that you were never shown the right way.
I made one, and it changed my life. That’s what My London Diet gave me.
Not just a plan. A path forward.
And now, I help others walk it too.
If you think it’s your turn, join me.
