When becoming overweight frequently culminates in the accumulation of excess fat in various bodily regions, potentially leading to a myriad of health complications. This additional weight not only affects our physical appearance but also poses significant risks to our overall well-being, impacting mobility and increasing the likelihood of chronic disease development. Recognising the dangers associated with being overweight and taking decisive action to achieve and maintain a healthier weight for optimal well-being is imperative.
